*Rollover waivers only rollover if you keep a monthly plan. If you use 50 one month and 350 the next month you can benefit from the roll-over credits. Once a plan is canceled you will lose the extra credits.
*7-year data archive will protect your waiver in our vault for as long as you are a subscriber on the platform for up to 7 years.
*Beginner, Basic & Growth Overage price is $0.10 / waiver
*Target Overage price is $0.08 / waiver and $0.02/SMS

Yes! You can upgrade and downgrade your account at any time. Since we offer rollover credits they will not transfer if you downgrade a plan.

The short answer is yes. Our kiosk app works best for signing waivers when your participant doesn't have a smartphone. You can download the kiosk app (Google Play (2023 coming soon) | App Store) and log in once you have an Otter account.

Otter Waiver accepts all credit cards that are processed through our secure processor Stripe.
Otter Waiver utilizes extra security precautions to meet the needs of larger companies. All waivers are safely stored on our secured database. We also regularly back up our data onto a cloud server for extra precautions.
