*Rollover credits are available as long as you maintain a monthly plan. Use 50 credits one month and 350 the next, and you’ll benefit from the rollover. However, if you cancel or downgrade your plan, any extra credits will be lost.
*If you exceed your plan’s limit, don’t worry—we charge just $0.10 per additional signature, billed in $10 increments. A signature credit counts as one signature on a document, even if a parent is signing for multiple minors, it still counts as just one signature.

The Otter Waiver extension with Smart Copy enables you to transfer information from your signed smart waiver dashboard to your Point of Sale (POS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Yes! You can upgrade and downgrade your account at any time. Since we offer rollover credits they will not transfer if you downgrade a plan.

The short answer is yes. Our kiosk app works best for signing waivers when your participant doesn't have a smartphone. You can download the kiosk app (Google Play (2023 coming soon) | App Store) and log in once you have an Otter account.

Otter Waiver accepts all credit cards that are processed through our secure processor Stripe.
Otter Waiver utilizes extra security precautions to meet the needs of larger companies. All waivers are safely stored on our secured database. We also regularly back up our data onto a cloud server for extra precautions.
